Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to eligible addresses in the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or military-base addresses, including APO/FPO addresses. Available delivery options are shown at checkout.

Processing and delivery

Orders typically take 2–5 business days to prepare after acceptance for fulfillment. Standard shipping typically takes an additional 2–4 business days after shipment. Processing and delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Holidays, carrier disruptions, and orders requiring additional verification may cause delays.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges and available delivery methods are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking

You’ll receive a shipment-confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships. Tracking may take an additional day or two to update. Items may ship separately and arrive on different days, without an additional shipping charge solely because the order is split.

Address changes and cancellations

Check your address carefully before placing your order. To request a change or cancellation, email info@getrazzy.com immediately with your order number. Requests are not guaranteed once fulfillment begins. Incorrect addresses or unclaimed packages may result in additional reshipping charges where reshipment is available.

Missing or damaged orders

Contact info@getrazzy.com promptly if your package is delayed or missing. Please report suspected loss within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a description, and clear photos of the item and packaging where relevant. We’ll investigate and explain the available resolution under our Refund Policy. This does not limit your rights under applicable law.
